Established in 2011
Joe Salem opened Sahara Taste of the Middle East after years of experience in the food and catering industry. Joe wanted to offer a taste of the middle east that isn’t often experienced in the states. His quality and care in preparing the food are second to none.

Came for lunch and was not disappointed! The service was exceptional, food was delicious and i love the fact that all the sauces, napkins and utensils were all easily accessible. Great atmosphere and super clean bathrooms as well!
